PERSONAL TRAINING
1:1 PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
All the best things you love about In-Person-Group Hydro Fit classes but in a smaller, 1:1 personalized session.
These sessions are programed to target specific needs, injuries, lifestyles, and personal goals! Personal Training sessions are meant to meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
Each Personal Training client gets 1 complementary Nutritional Consult and In-Body Composition Scan to use at any point during their first 6 weeks training.
Personal Training 1:1 Sessions are $65 each session, with a “buy more, save more” package option.
6 sessions: $390 ($65 each session)
12 sessions: $720 ($60 each session)
2:1 SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Encouragement plays a vital role in the Hydro Fit community. By drawing strength from those around you, you can rediscover your confidence and self-worth.
Semi-Private Personal Training allows you the private time with the trainer to narrow in and focus on your wellness goals along side an accountability partner.
2:1 Semi-Private Training provides the opportunity to budget a smaller fee per session, by splitting the training cost with your partner.
Semi-Private Personal Training 2:1 Sessions are $32.50 each session PER CLIENT, with a “buy more, save more” package option.
6 sessions: $195 ($32.50 each session, PER CLIENT)
12 sessions: $360 ($30 each session, PER CLIENT)
BOTH clients must be present at each session or a fee is incurred
